Since 1997, Senior Care Solutions in Fair Oaks has been dedicated to helping seniors and their families in Fair Oaks and the Greater Sacramento area navigate the often-complex world of senior care and related resources. Our team of experienced geriatric care managers, social workers, and nurses brings over a century of combined expertise to guide families through life’s toughest transitions.
We focus on finding the right care options, from home care and assisted living to board-and-care homes and more. Serving clients of all income levels, we also offer support as Care Coordinators for the Assisted Living Waiver Program and certain Cal Aim services—all at no cost to families.
