Nellie the Elephant is a Fair Oaks icon. She dresses for every occasion; she's a Level 5 Pokemon gym; she has over 10,000 hits on google maps; and, she's a neighborhood mascot. Adults and children alike love to visit to see her newest outfit and to borrow a book from her library. She spreads joy each time someone comes by to say hello or simply drives past on the street.
